The Company |
|
VCB is a small company of adult professional dancers who have many years of performing experience. Each year, the group performs a contemporary dance concert that includes original works in various styles, from ballet to modern to jazz. The company reaches out to the community with benefit concerts and educational shows in schools and community centers. The VCB dancers also perform with the conservatory students in classical ballet productions and act as mentors. In 2008, VCB dancers performed in Times Square as part of an outdoor dance festival. In August of 2009, VCB conducted workshops and performed in Norfolk, VA. |
