The Nitty Gritty:
The dance year runs from September to June and students are expected to commit to this time frame. This ensures that students in a class learn together and advance together, developing esprit de corps. Parents and students will be asked to sign a pledge of commitment when they register for class.
There will be no credit or refunds given for unused or forfeited classes. Students may make up missed classes by attending another class at the same level. Students must notify VCB prior to attending a make-up class so that the teacher will be expecting the student. VCB will schedule make up classes for any classes that are canceled due to inclement weather or power failure.
VCB does NOT have a billing service. It is your responsibility to pay your tuition by the 8th of the month. Any late payments are subject to a late fee of $25.
We have 3 payment plans available.
1. The 5 payment plan. Payment is due on the First of Sept. Nov. Jan. Mar, and May.
2. The 2 payment plan. Payment is due Sept. 1 and Jan. 1
3. The 1 payment plan. Payment is due Sept. 1
